About

A licensed practice, narrowly focused on investment fraud recovery

ROBSLAW is a registered law firm dedicated to representing victims of investment fraud, cryptocurrency scams, and unlicensed financial operations. Our mandate is deliberately narrow so that we can act with depth in a field where depth matters.

Firm history

Founded to serve a growing category of clients who found conventional civil-litigation firms either unwilling or unequipped to pursue cross-border digital-asset matters. We have since developed an integrated practice combining commercial litigation, on-chain forensic analysis, and coordinated work with regulators and foreign counsel.

Mission

To provide capable, candid, and compliant legal representation to fraud victims, and to take a public position against the predatory recovery services that proliferate in this industry. Our commitment is to tell clients the truth — including when we cannot help — and to refuse mandates that are not economically rational for the client.
