(a) Intake-form data: name, email, phone, country, case-related information you provide. (b) Technical data: basic pageview metrics via privacy-respecting analytics that do not use cookies and do not track you across other sites. (c) Communication data: emails exchanged with our team.

To evaluate whether we can provide legal services to you; to respond to your inquiry; to comply with applicable law and professional obligations. We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for advertising.

Consent (submission of intake form); legitimate interests (responding to professional inquiries); legal obligation (where required).

4. Data retention

Intake data not converted to engagement is retained for up to 12 months and then deleted. Engagement data is retained for the period required by the relevant professional-conduct rules, typically 6–7 years post-closure.

We do not share personal data with third parties for marketing. Limited sharing may occur with regulators under a legal obligation, with foreign correspondents under confidentiality, or with professional indemnity insurers in the ordinary course.
